Casa Tamara was built between 1995 and 2000. The house is 135 sq.m. in size which includes a large covered shadey terrace on the ground floor.

The roof terrace, which is a sun trap, is 110 sq.m. 

All rooms have a beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean.

A solar panel, located on the roof, supplies the hot water.

The house is surrounded by gardens full of bougainvillas, cacti and other exotic plants.
